Hi, I’m Dan Fischer.
I thought it might be best to introduce myself first. As my hope as My Tampa Bay Broker is to is become your trusted source of realty and real estate brokerage services for the Tampa Bay Florida area, a little bit of background might be in order.
My journey to Florida began in 2016, living in New Jersey after graduating from Towson University a year earlier. While being close to family and friends while working in and around New York City was ideal and exciting and educational in many ways, I couldn’t see myself enduring harsh winters and long commutes forever. With a zest for real estate and an attraction towards clean air, clear water, and year long sunshine, a business trip to St. Pete Beach was all it took to get me hooked on the Tampa Bay Metropolitan area.
A few short months later I was a newly minted licensed real estate agent getting to know the neighborhoods of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and Sarasota. As American cities go, Tampa/St. Pete is one of the top options for anyone looking to plant their roots. With beautiful beaches, year round outdoor activities, amazing food, countless weekend and night time attractions, not to mention a booming economy and real estate market, I now can’t see myself ever living anywhere else.
Since that time my real estate career has blossomed into a variety of different real estate asset types; from starter homes in Historic Kenwood and luxury waterfront beach homes, to selling both large and small commercial apartment deals, to even buying mobile home communities nationwide on behalf of investors, and everything in between. I’ve been lucky to have been exposed to a variety of situations and deals during my career which allows me to provide expert representation and advice to my clients. For home buying and selling, multi-family property investing, and commercial and residential investing, I’m Your Tampa Bay Broker. Outside of work, you’ll find me being active outdoors, exercising on my bike, running, swimming, paddling, fishing or launching a football or soccer ball. At the end of the day I love a good meal (or two) and sometimes a good cheap wine (or two) and spending quality time connecting with my family and friends. I have a weakness for sports and movies and a special weakness for college football and Tampa Bay Sports Teams. More importantly, I am so grateful to have been blessed with great fortunes in my upbringing and the life I’ve been afforded, from being a healthy, able, American at this time in history, to feeling the hand of God as a teenager by surviving a run in with a life threatening brain tumor. You can be ensured that I plan on making the most of my time, as my goal is to positively impact the people and environment around me.
